WESTMINSTER PLACEWestminster Place will continue its 10-year, $120 million+ plan, with additionalreinvestment in campus infrastructure and systems. We are adding alfresco patio diningand planning other dining opportunities that mirror our residents interests. The KimbleFitness Center will be renovated with new locker rooms, an expanded fitness area, and state of the art studio with virtual trainer and broadcast capabilities. We will also update theMcGaw Care Center, our Skilled Nursing facility. LAKE FOREST PLACELake Forest Place will continue its lower level concourse renovation. Phase Two willinclude a significant upgrade to the Therapy Department for physical, occupational and speech-language pathology therapy; renovation of the employee dining area; the additionof an employee conference room; and improvement to the space dedicated to HumanResources. Reinvestment in the building exterior is nearing completion, including workon windows and masonry.THE MOORINGS OF ARLINGTON HEIGHTSThe newly renovated Harbor Room expands opportunities for presentations, gatherings and classes with the ability to broadcast these activities to residents at home. The next areas of focus will include resident dining.
