Lifeline

Presbyterian Homes believes in helping older adults cherish their independence – whether living in one of our retirement communities or in their homes. Lifeline is a powerful way that Presbyterian Homes demonstrates its commitment to independence.

Lifeline is a personal emergency response system that helps older adults receive assistance quickly in their homes in case of emergency. Participants wear a small, waterproof button around the neck or on their wrists to summon help via a telephone line. This affordable program serves our campuses, as well as parts of Cook and Lake Counties. It is also available to younger people, particularly those who are disabled.
