Neighborhood Homes Without Walls Program

Presbyterian Homes has learned through 100 years of experience that community and roots become much more important as individuals age. The Neighborhood Homes Without Walls Program enables lower income older adults to remain independent in their homes through rental subsidies in southern Lake County, Illinois.

Through a partnership with local government, The Neighborhood Homes Without Walls Program helps older adults remain in a familiar community with friends and loved ones nearby, a critical component to their comfort and security.
