Our continuing care communities (CCRCs) in Evanston, Lake Forest and Arlington Heights offer residents not only beautifully landscaped campuses and a wealth of life-enriching activities, but an extensive program of wellness services to keep residents in good health and promote independence and wellness.

When a resident enters a Presbyterian Homes community as an active, independent person, they may later access other options if the need arises. They may also join one of our campuses as a resident of one of our  assisted living centers or nursing or memory care communities, depending on their needs.
